Claim your week
Email info@colonialbowlingnj.com with your organization name, approximate member count, and requested week. Weeks run Monday–Sunday; up to 3 organizations per week; one week per organization to start.
Get your code
We send you a unique promo code plus a flyer to share with your members.
Members save 5% all week
Members show the code when ordering through QR-code ordering or the self-serve kiosk and get 5% off food, beverage, arcade, and laser tag. Unlimited uses during your week. Code must be used at purchase — no retroactive credit.
You get 15% back
We donate 15% of the final coded-check subtotal to your organization. Checks are typically mailed 7–14 days after your week is tallied.

Who can sign up?
Schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations. Email info@colonialbowlingnj.com with your org name, approximate member count, and requested week.
How much does our organization earn?
15% of the final subtotal of every check coded with your organization’s promo code during your week.
What do our members get?
5% off food, beverage, arcade, and laser tag when they use the code via QR ordering or the self-serve kiosk — unlimited uses all week.
When do we receive the donation?
Checks are typically mailed 7–14 days after your week’s totals are tallied.
Is there a cost to participate?
No. There is no fee for organizations or members.
