What is your cancellation policy?

Guests may cancel their event at any time. To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made within 72 hours of booking. After 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable; however, events may be rescheduled to a different date at no additional charge. If the new event date is less than 7 days away at the time of rescheduling, a rescheduling fee will apply. All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
